Open up Outlook Express (if not already opened).

At the top of the window, click on Tools, then down to Accounts.

When the Accounts window opens, click on the Mail tab.

You will see a white box on this window that displays your mail accounts.

If you do NOT see anything listed in this box click HERE.

If you DO see something like mail.yukonwaltz.com then go to the next step.

Click on the Properties button to the right of the white box.

When the Properties screen opens up you will be in the General tab.

The only setting to check here is where it says E-mail address.

Make sure the e-mail address is yourusername@yukonwaltz.com.

Next, click on the Servers tab.

This is what the server settings should be:
  • My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
  • Incoming mail (POP3): mail.yukonwaltz.com
  • Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.yukonwaltz.com
  • Account name: your_user_name (do NOT type "@yukonwaltz.com")
  • Password: Check that your password is correct (CaSe SeNsItIvE)
Press Apply and then OK on the Mail Properties Window

Press Close on the Internet Accounts Window

The settings should all be correct now, try pressing the Send/Receive button.
