Open up Outlook (if not already opened).

At the top of the window, click on Tools, then down to E-mail Accounts.

When the E-mail Accounts window opens, click on the View or change existing e-mail accounts option, then press Next

You will see a white box on this window that displays your mail accounts.

If you do NOT see anything listed in this box click HERE.

If you DO see something like mail.yukonwaltz.com, click on it then press Next

When the Change E-mail Account window opens up, check the following settings:

  • Your Name: Put whatever you want (usually First & Last Name).
  • E-mail Address: yourusername@yukonwaltz.com
  • Incoming mail server: mail.yukonwaltz.com
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.yukonwaltz.com
  • User Name: your_user_name (do NOT type "@yukonwaltz.com")
  • Password: Check that your password is correct (CaSe SeNsItIvE)
Press Next on the Change E-mail Account window

Press Finish on the Change E-mail Account window

Press Close on the Accounts Settings window

The settings should all be correct now, try pressing the Send/Receive button.
